Talia Schigg

PT, DPT
Pelvic Floor + Orthopedic Specialist

Talia Schigg is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Rebalance Physical Therapy & Wellness, where she specializes in pelvic health and orthopedic rehabilitation. She takes a comprehensive, whole-body approach to care, integrating her training in orthopedics, neurology, and pelvic floor therapy to effectively treat a wide range of conditions.

Talia earned her undergraduate degree in Neurobiology before completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Touro University in Manhattan. Her academic background shaped a strong foundation in understanding the interplay between the nervous system, movement, and biomechanics, which continues to inform her clinical approach.

Originally from New York, Talia now lives and practices in the Main Line and greater Philadelphia area. She values building meaningful, lasting relationships with her patients and being part of a community that prioritizes health, wellness, and connection.

At Rebalance, Talia works with both men and women across the lifespan. She has a particular interest in spine and postural dysfunction, pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, and incontinence, as well as a broad range of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Her approach is individualized and hands-on, with a focus on restoring efficient movement patterns and supporting long-term outcomes.

Talia places a strong emphasis on patient education and believes that understanding the underlying cause of symptoms is an important part of recovery. She works collaboratively with her patients to help them feel more confident and engaged in their care.

Outside of the clinic, Talia enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys. She stays active by exploring local parks and trails, keeping up with her kids, and experimenting with new gluten-free recipes at home.
