Our List of Physical Therapy Treatments & Services

I am a direct access provider. This means that you do not need a prescription for the first 30 days of treatment. However I will make recommendations if I feel it necessary that you follow up with another health care provider after my evaluation or during the course of treatment. All evaluations by Rebalance Physical Therapy are private and take approximately 60 minutes to complete (in complicated cases it may take 2 or more sessions). We will start by discussing your current condition and gathering relevant information that will help guide my examination.

I will then perform a thorough examination utilizing a ” hands on approach, to evaluate all problematic areas. The following are examined:

  • Posture
  • Skin and soft tissue
  • Joint motion
  • Muscle strength
  • Muscle flexibility
  • Tender spots or trigger points
  • Muscle coordination and movement analysis
  • Gait (how you walk)
  • Review of pertinent medical tests

After the examination I will thoroughly explain all my findings and how they relate to your condition. I will provide a detailed report to all physicians involved in your care.

All treatment sessions are individualized one on one and can vary from 30–60 minutes depending on what is needed.

Treatment may include the techniques listed to the right.
