Join Hina Sheth for a fun and informative presentation to learn about the common problems women encounter after having a baby and the interconnections between your posture, pelvic floor, and the core.

Common questions you may have:

  • Why do I still look pregnant?
  • Is it normal for sex to hurt and for how long?
  • Why am I leaking when I cough, sneeze or work out?
