Rhythm Sampat is a licensed physical therapist with over 12 years of clinical experience and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. She is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), with advanced clinical training in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions, particularly of the spine, pelvis, and sacroiliac joint.
Her expertise lies in the integration of orthopedic manual therapy and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Rhythm’s clinical approach is deeply rooted in evidence-based practice, with a strong emphasis on biomechanical analysis, functional movement, and hands-on manual techniques to treat pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, postpartum recovery, and core dysfunction. She is currently expanding her expertise through advanced continuing education in pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation under internationally recognized clinician Shara Duvall.
Having practiced in both India and Singapore for over a decade, Rhythm brings an international perspective to her clinical work. Her exposure to diverse healthcare systems has helped shape a holistic, patient-centered model of care that blends manual therapy, breath retraining, and functional movement science.
In addition to her clinical practice, Rhythm actively develops pelvic health education resources, mentors physiotherapy students and clinicians, and advocates for improved access to pelvic health services across South Asia. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Malay, enabling her to connect with and educate a wide range of patients and professionals across cultures.
When she’s not in the clinic, Rhythm enjoys working out, yoga, dancing, spending time with her two children, and traveling with her family. Her travels through Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan, and along Australia’s Great Ocean Road have deeply shaped her appreciation for diverse cultures and healing practices. Whether she’s hosting friends over a great meal or learning something new, she brings the same passion and presence to life that she offers to every patient she treats.
